The standard tipped PCD inserts for machining of aluminum and aluminum alloys at extremely high cutting speeds.

Even though the idea of the PCD inserts is standard, the inserts are designed with a twist, a rake geometry reducing forces on the cutting edge and also improving surface finish of the machined material.
