Now we know it's not always possible to use a solid PCBN insert, therefore, introducing the full edge YZ-series of PCBN inserts!
With a high contact surface area between the PCBN and carbide and the use of an extremely strong adhesive, the brazed edge PCBN offers a higher material integrity and also double the number of cutting edges in comparison to a standard tipped PCBN insert!
